P.U Piotr Demkowski, as the Controller of personal data of users and customers, when collecting and processing their personal data, shall apply the principles resulting from the regulations in force in the field of personal data protection, i.e.:

minimisation of personal data and limitation of the processing purpose,
processing data lawfully, fairly, and transparently,
ensure integrity and confidentiality of the personal data processed,
limit the duration of data processing and storage to the minimum necessary.

User/customer of P.U Piotr Demkowski may be asked by P.U Piotr Demkowski to provide, in particular, the following personal data: name, surname, email address, correspondence address, VAT reg. no., telephone number.
